
Alexis is a coach, choreographer, and co-artistic director for the Energizers Dance Team. Alexis graduated through the Energizer program and was a captain on multiple World Champion teams. In her senior season, she was honored as the 2014 USASF Gold Scholarship Winner and was the first dancer to ever win this top honor. Alexis was also selected to be a member of the inaugural USASF Class of Young Leaders in 2015. Alexis is USASF certified, serves as a member of USASF’s Regional Advisory Board, and is actively involved in many USASF initiatives. Alexis has has over 10 years of experience instructing all ages in pom, kick, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, and studio dance. She has earned numerous National and World Titles as a coach, choreographer, and dancer, including 6 Gold World Championships.
Alexis earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, and Special Education and was the Valedictorian of her graduating class. In addition, Alexis is a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin – Madison Law School. Alexis loves learning and attends numerous workshops and conferences throughout the year in the education field and dance industry. Alexis is a very passionate, enthusiastic, determined, and motivated educator and coach who believes in fostering an environment in which every student can reach her or his greatest potential.
